Valley Palace revives 80’s nostalgia with new single, “Victory Lap”

Nathan Taylor, better known as Valley Palace, considers his new track, “Victory Lap”, to be the best he’s ever written—and we have to agree.
In collaboration with Day Wave, The Fresno, CA native fuses new-wave style guitar with reverb-drenched vocals, resulting in a fresh, but nostalgic indie sound somewhere between Jean Dawson and Modern English.
Given that “Victory Lap” was his only release of 2022, it’s clear Valley Palace has taken time to dial in his sound, so keep an eye out for more music.
